Prices vary during the weekend depending on the time of the year. What is included

Prices include Wi-Fi, linen, toiletries, utilities, an information booklet and the Bath Reward Card. We welcome young families and a cot bed is available on request.

What is the Bath Reward Card?

The Bath Reward Card is available to guests staying at any of the accommodation providers listed on the StayinBath website. Percy Place is one of them. The card entitles visitors to the city discounts, offers and more when shopping and eating in the city of Bath at associated restaurants, shops and cafes. Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the total price is required with your reservation in order to secure your booking. The full balance must be paid before your arrival.

Payment

We can accept payment by cash or bank transfer. We are unable to accept credit/debit cards or cheques.

Check-in and check-out times

Check in from 12pm. We will do our best to accommodate requests of an early check in, where possible. Please call 01255 635474, text 07729 002822, or email simona.gritti@hotmail.com a few days in advance to advise your expected time of arrival and we will be at home to welcome you.

Check out by 11am. Later times can be accommodated by prior agreement if there aren’t any guests checking in on the same day.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 30 days notice of cancellation or more: No charge. Your deposit will be refunded in full.

Between 30 days and 15 days notice of cancellation: 50% of room rate will be charged. Your deposit will not be refunded.

Less than 15 days notice of cancellation: 100% of room rate will be charged.

House rules

Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed, sorry!

We also invite our guests to take their shoes off inside the house.
