Stay in an exclusive Grade II listed building and live a Georgian experience in Bath.
4 Percy Place is steeped in Bath history. It used to be the home of Rev. William Jay, one of the most eminent English Congregationalist preachers of Regency England who used to preach in the Argyle Chapel in Bath at the end of 1700s.
The original Georgian features of the building are enhanced by the stylish decor of the rooms such as antiques, trinkets and period furniture.
At the same time, a warm welcome, top quality service (such as a home cooked breakfast) and modern comforts like free wi-fi, make our guests feel at home and highly valued.
Both the town and the countryside are on our doorstep. We are just a few minutes walk from the city centre and are very close to the Kennet & Avon Canal at the back of Kensington Meadows. The view of the countryside and back garden from the back of the house is relaxing and inspiring.
